I'll teach you how to get everything working on your Android phone working even if it's blocked.
First thing you must be "Rooted" if not try Google how to root Android.
Now since you're rooted go to any market installed on your Android phone like Blacl Market or 1Mobile since Google Play store is blocked in Syria and download "Tor Orbot"
Once installed you must give it a super user permission then go to Tor Orbot setting and check Tor everything, You can't check it if not rooted.
Now you're able to use Skype and every blocked app in Syria using your Android phone.
